Australia Post oversteps it's mark, and refuses to deliver Burger Urge's 'controversial&


Reading digital articles, I almost never read the paper!

I am a vocal critic of Australia Post. I find their customer service appalling, their pricing un-competitive, their product offers inferior and possibly in breach of ACL, they lack the integrity to admit when they're wrong or at fault, and refuse to acknowledge their own accountability when issues arrive. I use the hashtag #fivemilliandollarsmighthelp feel free to join in!

Smart Company's Emma Koehn writes on Australia Post's refusal to distribute Burger Urge's Kim Jong Yum marketing material. It is not Australia Post's place to make a subjective call on a business' marketing decision, and this is a great opportunity for a good delivery service to step in and get some easy publicity.
