ACCC Committed to Small Business
I keep up-to-date with what's happening over at the ACCC. In this update they outline key actions that they've engaged in with regard to the new unfair contracts legislation, saying that they feel small business just needs a level playing field and they're happy to take court action against larger organisations if that's what is required.
